So far, the goals for new new year are going well, then again it’s only day two. I’ve only had to seriously diet for one day. I am going to the gym for the first time in ages with my lovely friend Missbethea, who is gonna keep me motivated. Together we’re slimming down for my Wedding next October. We’ve got a long road ahead of us but by golly we will get there.
I’ve put a tracker for my weight loss on the side bar down at the bottom. Like I said before I like the idea of accountability. Feel free to make a comment if it stays too long at one particular weight. I will do my best to not make excuses. For now I am looking forward to the journey I am taking. You might have to remind me of that a few months down the line.
I am using My Fitness Pal to help me do it. Part food and exercise log, part social networking site, it’s actually been really helpful so far. If any of you out there use it do feel free to friend me, I’m dldzioba on the site. We can encourage each other. I’ve already made quite a few friends on there. It’s so much better to know that I’m not alone in this.
